The administration and school board identified facility needs and funding possibilities. 

A community focus group of parents, staff, and community leaders studied needs, data, and potential solutions to provide input in prioritization and decision-making.  

A design committee of staff, parents, and students studied facility needs, student safety, and academic program opportunities to develop priorities for the scope of potential projects. 

The Board of Trustees will review input and feedback from November through February before finalizing a plan for action and pursuit of funding.
